Os dois pratos ganharam sabores e caracter\u00c3\u00adsticas diferentes e hoje fazem parte da culin\u00c3\u00a1ria japonesa, sendo que \u00c3\u00a9 comum encontrar essas iguarias nos obent\u00c3\u00b4s (marmitas) dos japoneses.<\/p>\n<p>Como h\u00c3\u00a1 muitos apreciadores no Brasil, o chef Claudio Kitamura decidiu ministrar uma oficina pr\u00c3\u00a1tica para ensinar todas as t\u00c3\u00a9cnicas para o bom preparo de Kar\u00c3\u00aa Raisu e do Tempur\u00c3\u00a1, come\u00c3\u00a7ando pelo cozimento correto do arroz, o preparo do kar\u00c3\u00aa, e a fritura crocante do tempur\u00c3\u00a1.<\/p>\n<p>O chef Cl\u00c3\u00a1udio Hiroshi Kitamura \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Com sua vasta experi\u00c3\u00aancia em conhecidos buffets de S\u00c3\u00a3o Paulo, tem paix\u00c3\u00a3o pela culin\u00c3\u00a1ria japonesa. H\u00c3\u00a1 sete anos ministra aulas pela Sakura Nakaya Alimentos, e h\u00c3\u00a1 quatro est\u00c3\u00a1 nas edi\u00c3\u00a7\u00c3\u00b5es da Casa Cor, no Jockey Club de S\u00c3\u00a3o Paulo.
